Selected President of Deltek GCS Premier User Group Northern
Virginia

Network Inc. (ESN) announced today that its controller, Wesley
J. Mandler, has been named president of the Northern Virginia
Deltek GCS Premier User Group.

In his new role, Mandler will oversee Northern Virginia Deltek
GCS Premier User Group. According to Deltek, its User Groups “share

ideas and discuss issues that are impacting today's project-based

As president of the Northern Virginia Deltek GCS Premier User
Group, Mandler wants to conduct workshops for users so they
can share their successful techniques with others for system
utilization. By encouraging user participation, Mandler hopes
to provide a forum for Deltek to enhance its systems so it
can provide the greatest utility for defense and government
contractors.

As ESN controller, Mandler works under the chief operating
officer and is responsible for all aspects of corporate accounting.
That includes payroll, management information reports and DCAA
audits utilizing Deltek GCS Premier. In addition, he provides
training to corporate and field personnel in financial processing
requirements.
Mandler’s expertise includes accounting, information
systems, controllership, real estate, technical writing, and
mainframe/client server accounting system design and implementation.
He is the winner of the Secretary of Defense Award for his “dedicated
service” and his “extensive experience and willingness
to share in a team effort” to develop DoD e-business
initiatives.
He also has expertise in e-business feasibility, management
and implementation.
